Shipping 

Processing Time: Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after the payment is processed. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package.

Delivery Time: Standard Free Shipping in 3-7 Working Days.

Deliveries to the UK and outside the UK:
You will be responsible for any local customs and duty taxes. These are estimated delivery times and may be affected occasionally by factors outside our control such as customs delays and checks. If you have a deadline - a birthday for example - make sure you order well in advance to avoid stress or disappointment. As our delivery times are estimates, they are not binding, therefore you are not entitled to any refund in case the parcel was not delivered on the pre-agreed date.
Your order is shipped out of the UK. You are responsible for local customs charges and other import taxes and fees payable to receive goods in your country. If you choose to not pay these fees, then you risk having the goods returned or in some cases destroyed by customs. JOYSTAR cannot refund any orders in this situation unless they are safely returned to us. For unwanted goods, we have may have to deduct accordingly from any refund to cover extra shipping charges.

(2) - Shipping prices given can vary pending on the weight of the order, and the current exchange rate. The cost is calculated at check out. For some items/orders you may need to contact us so that we can provide a custom quote for you. All orders outside the UK will be delivered on a DAP service (Delivery At Place). Package shipping internationally might be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and/or additional local fees imposed by the destination country. JOYSTAR does not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply. Certain countries might also require additional documents. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays to the order. If customs and duty charges are applicable and you do not pay these, your order may be returned or destroyed by customs. JOYSTAR is not responsible for the goods if you do not pay these charges.

Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at joystar_service@joykie.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
