Regeln für alle unsere Produkte

Wir akzeptieren Rückgaben oder Umtausch innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf (dh dem auf Ihrer Quittung angegebenen Datum). Produkte können nach Ablauf von 30 Tagen ab Kaufdatum nicht mehr zurückgegeben oder umgetauscht werden.

Alle Produkte müssen im Originalzustand an JOYSTAR zurückgesandt werden. Es können Gebühren für normale Abnutzung oder Schäden anfallen, die durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, fehlerhafte Montage, fehlende Teile oder Unfälle verursacht werden.

Wenn aufgrund von Produktqualitätsproblemen eine Rückerstattung oder ein Ersatz erforderlich ist, übernehmen wir die Kosten für den Rückversand und die Wiederauffüllung des Lagerbestands.

Wenn Sie aus persönlichen Gründen eine Rücksendung oder einen Umtausch durchführen müssen, sind Sie für die Kosten für den Rückversand und etwaige Wiedereinlagerungsgebühren verantwortlich, die nach alleinigem Ermessen von JOYSTAR auf der Grundlage der Art und des Zustands des zurückgegebenen oder umgetauschten Produkts sowie aller anderen Bedingungen von JOYSTAR liegen JOYSTARs Richtlinien.

Verfahren zur Durchführung einer Rückgabe oder eines Umtauschs

Um eine Rückgabe oder einen Umtausch vorzunehmen, wenden Sie sich an JOYSTAR unter joystar_service@joykie.com . Wir werden Ihnen so schnell wie möglich antworten. Wenn der Antrag auf Rückgabe oder Umtausch nicht den oben genannten Bedingungen entspricht, wird JOYSTAR die Rückgabe oder den Umtausch nicht genehmigen. Wenn Sie uns nicht zuerst kontaktieren und das Produkt ohne die ausdrückliche Genehmigung von JOYSTAR zurücksenden, haften wir nicht für den Verlust der Waren und genehmigen keine Rückerstattung.

Für alle autorisierten Rücksendungen oder Umtausche sendet Ihnen JOYSTAR ein vorfrankiertes Rücksendeetikett.

Bitte senden Sie das Produkt bei Bedarf an uns zurück. Um zusätzliche Kosten zu vermeiden, legen Sie dem Produkt bitte alle Originalverpackungsmaterialien, Handbücher, Gratisgeschenke und Zubehörteile bei.

Sobald Ihre Rücksendung oder Ihr Umtausch eingegangen ist, senden wir Ihnen eine E-Mail, um Sie darüber zu informieren, dass wir Ihren zurückgegebenen Artikel erhalten haben. Wir werden den Artikel auch prüfen und Sie benachrichtigen, wenn Ihr Antrag auf Rückgabe oder Umtausch des Artikels letztendlich genehmigt oder abgelehnt wurde.
