1. Kids Balance Bike Warranty

JOYSTAR warrants to the original retail purchaser that any part proven defective in material or workmanship within two years will be repaired or replaced, at our option, without charge for parts or labor.

*Note: Excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

2. Kids Bike Limited Warranty LIFETIME OPTION

This warranty is extended only to the initial consumer purchaser. Registration is required for Lifetime coverage.

Frame Coverage

Steel frames are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for as long as the initial purchaser owns the bicycle. If the frame fails during this period, JOYSTAR will replace it (Fork excluded).

Parts & Components

All other parts (excluding Normal Wear Parts) are warranted for 2 Year from the date of purchase. Warranty covers defective materials and workmanship.

Your JOYSTAR accessories (Training wheels, baskets, bells, etc.) are built to enhance the ride!

• 2-Year Limited Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase.
• Replacement Policy: Defective accessories will be replaced with the same or equivalent model.
• Exclusions: Damage due to crashes, improper installation, or exposure to extreme weather conditions is not covered.

General Conditions & Limitations

This warranty ceases if you rent, sell, or give away the bicycle. It does not cover "stunt riding," jumping, or competition. Proper assembly and maintenance are the responsibility of the owner. JOYSTAR is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state.
